Delete your account — Ship

You can delete your Ship account at any time, directly in the app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Ship app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted (“This is permanent”).
5. Your account is deleted and you’re signed out.

Can’t access the app?

Email [email protected] from the email or phone number on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
