Child Safety Standards — Ship
Ship, operated by Aatavata Business Private Limited, is committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our service. Ship is an adults-only (18+) dating service and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child endangerment.
Our standards
We prohibit, and act against, any use of Ship that involves:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — creating, sharing, requesting, or linking to it.
- Sexualisation of minors, including grooming, sextortion, or enticement of a minor.
- Any attempt by an adult to contact or solicit a minor for sexual purposes.
- Accounts operated by, or on behalf of, anyone under 18.
Ship is restricted to users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the service, and we remove accounts we learn belong to anyone under 18. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Reporting a concern
If you encounter suspected CSAE, CSAM, or any content that endangers a child, report it immediately:
- In the app: open the profile, message, or conversation, tap Report, and select Child safety as the reason. Reports go straight to our safety team.
- By email: contact [email protected] with any details.
Every child-safety report is prioritised for review.
How we act on CSAM
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on the service, we:
- Remove the content and suspend or ban the accounts involved.
- Preserve relevant records and report to the appropriate authorities and child-safety organisations as required by applicable law.
- Cooperate with lawful law-enforcement requests, consistent with our Privacy Policy and the law.
Compliance
We operate Ship in accordance with applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions we serve, and we review these standards as our product and legal obligations evolve.
